DASAR PEDIA 2026: LKMM-TD SOCIALIZATION AS AN INITIAL STEP IN CULTIVATING STUDENT LEADERSHIP SPIRIT

The Business Administration Student Association recently hosted Dasar Pedia, a socialization event focused on the Basic Level Student Management Leadership Training (LKMM-TD). This program encompasses leadership initiatives organized by 11 Faculties and 1 Vocational School at Diponegoro University. The event took place on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Organized by the Human Capital Development Department of the 2026 Business Administration Student Association, the event was supervised by the Student Senate of FISIP Undip. It was attended specifically by Business Administration students and supported by students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in general. The proceedings were held in Room B.104, 1st Floor, Building B, FISIP Undip.

The primary goal of Dasar Pedia 2026 was to encourage students to participate in LKMM-TD through comprehensive socialization regarding the specific training programs offered by each faculty and school at Diponegoro University. By doing so, the association hopes that the cultivation of organizational values does not stop at the first stage of the regeneration process (LKMM-PD) but continues into the next phase: LKMM-TD.

The single-day event commenced with an opening ceremony, followed by a socialization session featuring introductory presentations on the Basic Level Student Management Leadership Training (LKMM-TD). These presentations were delivered by delegates representing each faculty and school. Following the material delivery, a Q&A session was held, providing participants the freedom to inquire about LKMM-TD—both in a general context and regarding specific faculty requirements. The session concluded with a presentation of certificates to each speaker as a token of appreciation. The entire agenda proceeded smoothly due to the committee’s hard work, the support of the Study Program and the Student Association, and the active participation of all student attendees.

The event commenced at 1:48 PM WIB, with the Masters of Ceremonies, Fimvi and Wildan, opening proceedings, followed by a collective rendition of the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and the Undip Hymn. Subsequently, Elsya Ash-Shifa Putri Utari, the Chairperson of Dasar Pedia 2026, delivered her welcoming remarks. The program then proceeded to the core session: a series of introductory presentations regarding the Basic Level Student Management Leadership Training (LKMM-TD), delivered by representatives from various faculties and the Vocational School. Out of the 12 invited faculties and schools, representatives from 10 units were present to deliver their materials: FPSI, FPIK, FEB, FKM, the Vocational School, FISIP, FK, FIB, FPP, and FT. Each representative shared an overview of the LKMM-TD within their respective units, ranging from event themes and implementation workflows to the personal experiences of past participants. This allowed attendees to directly compare and select the LKMM-TD program that best aligned with their individual interests and criteria.

Once all presentations were completed, the floor was opened for a Q&A session, which was met with great enthusiasm. Participants raised various inquiries, ranging from registration technicalities and interview study modules to personal experiences and the tangible benefits gained after completing LKMM-TD in each faculty. As the event neared its conclusion, certificates were presented to the speakers in appreciation of their insights and attendance. Participants were then asked to complete a survey link to gauge their level of interest in the LKMM-TD programs. The event was officially closed at 4:10 PM WIB with a group photo session involving the speakers, committee, and all participants of Dasar Pedia 2026. Overall, the activities concluded ahead of schedule and were successfully executed through the synergy of the organizing committee, departmental support, and student engagement.
