Semarang, March 29, 2026 – The Department of Research and Academic Development of the 2026 Business Administration Student Association has once again organized the Saung Belajar program, serving as an academic mentoring platform for students in preparation for the Mid-Semester Examinations (Ujian Tengah Semester/UTS) and Final Semester Examinations (Ujian Akhir Semester/UAS). Carrying the theme “Capital of Knowledge, Power of Standing,” this initiative is designed to enhance students’ academic comprehension while reinforcing a culture of active, collaborative, and sustainable learning within the Business Administration environment.
The Saung Belajar series for the Even Semester UTS was held on March 29, 2026, and was conducted online via Microsoft Teams. For the 2024 cohort, the learning sessions covered the Investment and Portfolio course, guided by Agus Budi Santosa, and Statistics, which was delivered by Mazaya Rully Fitriafasya. The session was hosted by Aruna Athaillah Nur and Thalia Rizky Azzahrah as Master of Ceremonies.
Meanwhile, students from the 2025 cohort engaged in in-depth sessions on Basic Accounting, led by Afilla Fairus Syifa, and Introduction to Political Science, presented by Olivia Cahaya Hutajulu. The proceedings for the 2025 cohort were guided by Avatar Ridho Mustofa and Nailah Ariqah as Master of Ceremonies. Throughout the sessions, participants actively took part in material discussions, Q&A segments, and practice exercises designed to help students grasp essential concepts to be tested in the UTS.
As part of the preparation for the Final Semester Examinations, Saung Belajar was held again on June 1, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. The 2024 cohort received mentoring for the Statistics course, delivered by Muhamad Ricky Maulana, with Thalia Rizky Azzahrah and Nailah Ariqah serving as Master of Ceremonies.
On the other hand, the 2025 cohort attended sessions on Basic Accounting, guided by Steven Timotius Parulian Simanjuntak, and Operations Management, presented by Olivia Cahaya Hutujulu. The activities for the 2025 cohort were moderated by Jelita Azmi Nabilah and Avatar Ridho Mustofa as Master of Ceremonies.
Throughout the program, participants demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm, evidenced by their active involvement in discussion sessions, interactive Q&A segments, and collaborative practice exercises. The dynamic engagement between attendees and presenters fostered a conducive learning atmosphere, significantly enhancing the effectiveness of material comprehension.
Through the successful implementation of the Saung Belajar Even Semester 2026, the Department of Research and Academic Development of Business Administration Student Association expresses its hope that this program will serve as a valuable resource for students to strengthen their academic readiness and reinforce the spirit of collective learning.
